Why it matters 

No one lives a single-story life.
Each of us carries layers of identity; race, gender, class, sexuality, ability, neurodiversity and together they shape how we move through the world: the doors that open easily, the barriers we hit, the assumptions people make before we even speak.

Understanding intersectionality helps leaders and teams see the full picture, and allyship ensures we act on it. This session turns both into practical tools for building a workplace where every part of a person’s identity is valued.
