At The DEI Code, our mission is deeply personal.

With a combined 25 years of experience in the field of Consulting, Culture Change, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), we've worn many hats and learned more than a few valuable lessons along the way about the practices and habits that drive business results when everyone participates, fully. 


We've come to realize that no matter where you are within an organization, leading or supporting the charge for DEI is simultaneously the most exciting and rewarding journey one can embark on, yet it can also be tough and frustrating.

While many talk about DEI, few feel confident in their progress.

This realization led us, Nurit and Avital, coming from different backgrounds and perspectives yet sharing the same passion and commitment, to partner. Together, we aim to make an even greater impact aspiring to leave behind a better world for future generations.

We understand the struggles you face. We have experienced them as well. 

  • There are countless DEI trainings available, making it challenging to select the ones that best suit your needs. 

  • Sometimes, celebrating one underrepresented group can inadvertently lead to pushback from other groups. 

  • To drive and sustain behavior change, in any topic, there is a need for a systemic, holistic approach

  • You may invest significant resources in diverse recruiting only to find that hiring managers aren't fully supportive or that the environment isn't conducive to success.

  • And let's face it, we all have biases, so simply mandating any training for everyone often falls short of creating lasting change.

My passion and goal are centered around ensuring individuals can work in roles that align with their education, skills, and abilities. With a vast background in technology and management, over the course of my extensive experience in roles dedicated to Workforce Diversity, I have consistently sought to bridge the gap between the needs of the organizations and qualities of candidates from diverse backgrounds, from all underrepresented groups in Israel including individuals with disAbilities, which in my perspective, is the extreme of DEI.

My aim is to establish a win-win situation for both employers and employees, along all phases of work engagement, which is challenging but ultimately rewarding. By implementing effective Diversity, Inclusion and Equity practices, we can positively impact our organization’s entire ecosystem, fostering a culture of exploration, learning, and connection among our workforce and improving business results.

An award winning, resourceful and result driven DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) and Culture Change expert and practitioner. With over 15 years’ experience in global, fast paced matrixed diverse environments, leading global Learning & Development and DEI functions, devising, executing, and applying DEI strategy, framework, policies, workflows, and operating models, my eyes are always on quantifying their benefits both commercially and culturally.

I am adapt in seeing global strategy applied with regional nuance that nurtures and navigates country specific cultural norms and am experienced in driving strategy top down but able to identify and navigate bottom up executional and alignment challenges.

With a deep personal passion for inclusion, driven by my own and my family’s experiences of exclusion, I am excited by the opportunity that enabling spaces where a diverse set of contributors are empowered and given a platform to be their best selves creates.

To my work I bring an outcome based, practical approach with a clear focus on creating tangible impact through perspective taking practices, analytics, storytelling, and coaching techniques.

DEI is not just a job for me, it's part of who I am.
