Achieving an inclusive culture requires re-evaluating processes for equity. Developing a DEI perspective in all aspects through change management is a trainable skill. By assessing and enhancing 1-2 critical processes, we enable systemic gradual and ongoing adjustments to foster and sustain a winning Inclusive, Diverse, and Equitable culture.

In the program we will:

  • Evaluate current state of 1-2 key processes within the organization through a DEI lens   (e.g., hiring, onboarding, performance, promotion, policies, end of employment)

  • Identify the need for change, in support of the organization’s DEI and business strategies

  • Analyze the gaps between where you are today and where you want to be

  • Introduce best practices and alternative approaches to the process design principles

  • Establish a plan to close existing gaps and shape future state

You will leave the program:

  • Equipped to redesign the process evaluated, aligned with the DEI and business strategies

  • Ready to engage stakeholders and partners on the defined plan

  • Able to demonstrate positive impact using defined DEI measurements

  • Applicable toolkit and resource list

Format and duration:

Consulting hours dedicated to improving the processes in scope.
